Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pin2 desktop application and the pin2.ai website, provided by PIN2 AI LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Pin2 you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pin2.

1. The service

Pin2 is a personal AI assistant that runs on your computer and can connect to accounts you hold with other services to complete tasks you request. Features may change, and early-access versions may be incomplete.

2. Your accounts and connected services

When you connect a service, you authorize Pin2 to access the data and take the actions you grant on that service's consent screen. Your use of each service remains governed by your agreement with it, and you are responsible for complying with it. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or changes.

3. AI output and actions

• AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it.
• You choose which actions require your approval and are responsible for actions Pin2 takes on your instructions or under the approval settings you choose.
• Do not use Pin2 for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Pin2 to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, interfere with any service, or violate the terms of a connected service or AI provider.

5. Your content

You keep all rights in your content. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to process it with Pin2 and send it to the services you choose. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pin2 under these terms and the end user licence agreement included with the app. Open-source components are licensed under their own licences, listed in the notices file that ships with the app.

7. Fees

Pin2 is currently free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy. AI providers and connected services may charge you under their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

Pin2 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PIN2 AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Pin2; and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

10. Termination

You may stop using Pin2 at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the service if you breach these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which PIN2 AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
